EdR Announces Closing of Common Stock Offering


EdR (NYSE:EDR) today announced that it has closed its public offering of 6,325,000 shares of its common stock, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to 825,000 additional shares of common stock. The net proceeds to the company, after deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $215,136,000.

BofA Merrill Lynch, KeyBanc Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. J.P. Morgan and PNC (News - Alert) Capital Markets LLC are acting as lead managers and Baird and Piper Jaffray are acting as co-managers.
