Worldwide Information Technology Leader Cisco Joins the National Cyber Security Alliance's Board of Directors


WASHINGTON, Jan. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA) ? a nonprofit, public-private partnership focused on helping all digital citizens stay safer and more secure online ? announces that Anthony Grieco, Senior Director of the Security and Trust Organization, will represent Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) on its Board of Directors.

Grieco leads the Trust Strategy Office and is responsible for the trust strategy, architectures and marketing that address Cisco's customers' cybersecurity needs. Trust, transparency and accountability are at the core of all the organization's initiatives – targeting multiple audiences that include employees, customers and ecosystem partners. The Security and Trust Organization is responsible for protecting Cisco, its customers and its products with leading best practices and a holistic approach to trustworthy policies, processes, technology and people.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama, Birmingham.
