iSystems Announces Two Executive-Level Promotions

BURLINGTON, Vt., Dec. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- iSystems, LLC, the company behind Evolution HCM, announced two executive level promotions.  Carol-Ann (CA) McGregor has been promoted to Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Nicole Gilbert has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for iSystems.

McGregor joined iSystems in 2015 as VP of Engineering and brings over 30 years' experience in software development, product management and information technology.  A native of South Africa, McGregor worked for 15+ years at SA Breweries, before the company acquired Miller and Coors, to become SABMiller Coors. She also spent 5+ years working in the financial services industry in South Africa, particularly for the largest bank (ABSA) and SARS (the SA version of the IRS). After moving to the United States, McGregor held various senior development positions at companies such as Compuware, Fidelity, and Kronos.

Gilbert, who joinediSystems in 2013 as its Director of Human Resources, has over 20 years of human resources and organizational development experience. She began her career with Lehman Brothers in New York City and later immigrated to Johannesburg South Africa where she worked for several HR consulting firms including PWC and her own firm, PTM.  Upon returning to the U.S. in 2005, Gilbert has primarily focused on Leadership and Organizational Development strategies and their impact on organizations over the past 10 years.
