As part of his deep technology experience, Mr. Savander has served as President and CEO of Elekta, a publicly listed Swedish cancer care equipment and software company. Before that he spent 16 years in senior management roles in Nokia (News - Alert), in their networks, handset and digital services businesses, progressing to the role of COO of the company. Mr. Savander also has experience from numerous non-executive roles in companies like NokiaSiemens Networks, Symbian (News - Alert), Tamfelt and others.
