ALERT: Rosen Law Firm Reminds Shiloh Industries Inc. Investors of Important Deadline in Class Action Filed by Firm

Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, reminds purchasers of Shiloh Industries Inc. (NASDAQ:SHLO) securities from March 9, 2015 through September 14, 2015, all dates inclusive (the "Class Period") of the important November 20, 2015 lead plaintiff deadline in the class action filed by the firm. The lawsuit seeks to recover damages for Shiloh investors under the federal securities laws.

To join the Shiloh class action, go to the firm's website at http://www.rosenlegal.com/cases-714.html or call Phillip Kim, Esq. or Kevin Chan, Esq. toll-free at 866-767-3653 or email [email protected] or [email protected] for information on the class action.

NO CLASS HAS YET BEEN CERTIFIED IN THE ABOVE ACTION. UNTIL A CLASS IS CERTIFIED, YOU ARE NOT REPRESENTED BY COUNSEL UNLESS YOU RETAIN ONE. OU MAY ALSO REMAIN AN ABSENT CLASS MEMBER AND DO NOTHING AT THIS POINT. YOU MAY RETAIN COUNSEL OF YOUR CHOICE.

According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period defendants issued materially false and misleading statements to investors and/or failed to disclose that: (1) Shiloh had underreported the cost related to its manufacturing of products; (2) Shiloh engaged in irregular accounting practices related to surcharges assessed on steel at its facility in Wellington, Ohio; (3) as a result, Shiloh's earnings and income were overstated; (4) Shiloh lacked adequate internal controls over financial reporting; and (5) as a result of the foregoing, Defendants' statements about Shiloh's business, operations, and prospects, were false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.

A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than November 20, 2015. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.
