Print-Rite's CoLiDo Makes 3D Printers Affordable in Every Home
HONG KONG, Oct. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Although there are many affordable 3D printers in the market, people still need technical knowledge to use the printers. The printers cannot fulfill the "3S" rules of a home device - Small, Safe and Simple. The market is still waiting for a real home use 3D printer.
Now the time has come. CoLiDo, a global 3D printer brand, has launched the home use 3D printer CoLiDo Compact, which strictly follows the 3S rules:
- Small - The printer is small and in cube form which fits well into most home environments. Doors are added to the front and the top of the printer to prevent accidental or improper touching of the print head, which is key for homes with small children. - Simple - Unlike many other 3D printers, CoLiDo Compact is Plug-and-Print so there is no need for calibration prior to using. The printer is controlled by the intuitive software REPETIER-HOST with pre-settings created by CoLiDo. Users can simply choose the desired setting and start the 3D printing, just like everyone knows what to do with 2D printers.
