Resilient Systems Expands Strategic Channel Program to Bolster Rapid Worldwide Growth

Resilient Systems, the leading Incident Response Platform (IRP) provider, announced continued growth and an increasing focus on channel partners worldwide. Establishing a strong network of channel partners has been a strategic initiative to support Resilient Systems during its rapid growth period, which has been driven by the increasing number of organizations looking to manage and respond to cybersecurity and business crises.

Resilient Systems kicked off 2015 by hiring experienced channel executives, Randy Johnston and Olly Carter, to lead channel partnership programs in North America and EMEA. Since joining Resilient, Johnston and Carter have expanded the channel program to include more than 40 partners in 19 countries that support growing demand for Resilient's award-winning Incident Response Platform globally.

"Data breaches are becoming the new normal, and people at every level of an organization - from the boardroom to the CISO - now realize they need processes and technology in place that will enable them to thrive in the face of cyberattacks," said John Bruce, CEO and Co-Founder of Resilient Systems. "Demand for our Incident Response Platform continues to grow, and a strong channel program is vital to reaching organizations worldwide. It also creates new opportunities for resellers and VARs to deliver capabilities their clients are asking for."

Resilient Systems offers a collaborative platform that arms incident response (IR) teams with workflows, intelligence, and deep-data analytics to react faster, coordinate better, and respond smarter to security incidents. Resilient's channel delivers world-class professional services to further empower end-users. Working together, Resilient and its partners help customers optimize IR plans and processes, integrate with existing security solutions, and ensure successful deployment.

Growth in the Americas
In the U.S., Resilient Systems increased the efforts of its channel program earlier this year by naming Randy Johnston as its Director of Channel Sales. With 20 years of experience running channel programs at companies including Symantec (News - Alert) and BT Counterpane, Randy has helped grow the program to include partners such as Critical Start, Forsyte, Gotham Technology Group, GuidePoint Security, Optiv, and Tevora.

"Every company has a need for immediate and effective incident response, and that need continues to grow very quickly," said Jason Clark, Chief Security and Strategy Officer for Optiv. "We are pleased to partner with Resilient Systems because its platform has a proven track record of marrying people, process, and technology in a way that ensures efficient and effective incident response. They are one of the preeminent companies focused on maturing and standardizing IR methodology, and we are confident their solution strengthens cyber resilience for our clients."

Resilient Systems' investment in bolstering its channel partnerships in the U.S. has also impacted its reach into government organizations. The company recently signed a contract with its first federal government customer in partnership with MKACyber, an organization with deep experience in public sector technology.

"It's clear that public and private organizations are just as vulnerable to cyberattacks as government departments and agencies. We all must improve our cyber abilities," said Mischel Kwon, President and Founder of MKACyber. "All entities - especially state and federal - need to have the processes and technology in place to help withstand a cyberattack in a repeatable way. We're proud to be partnering with Resilient Systems to help them make the right investments that will protect public infrastructure and federal and citizen data."

Growth in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)
Overseas, Resilient Systems has rapidly expanded its channel program under the leadership of Olly Carter, the company's Director of Channels, EMEA. Carter brings 20 years of channel experience with companies including Sophos and Symantec, and has helped turn a nascent program with two partners and a modest number of contracts in 2014 to more than 100 new registrants in 2015.

To support its partner-centric sales model overseas, Resilient Systems has expanded to countries including Saudi Arabia, Israel, Turkey, UK, Germany, and Switzerland. Its new partners include Nebulas, NTT Communications, Shifra, and WeAnkor.

"For the past fifteen years, we helped organizations in the UK strengthen their cyber defenses, but we're in the middle of a clear market shift where a comprehensive solution needs to include something that can orchestrate incident response," said Nick Garlick, founder of Nebulas. "Resilient Systems is a pioneer and clear leader in incident response technology, and is a true asset that enables us to meet the changing needs of our customers."

Resilient will soon be extending its partner program to the Asia-Pacific region.
