The Advanced Imaging Society and The National Association of Broadcasters Host "Con-Tech: The 2016 Preview Seminar" September 30, 2015 - Paramount Pictures Studios, Hollywood


To better prepare Hollywood content stakeholders for business decisions involving the rollout of UHD, high dynamic range (HDR (News - Alert)) technologies, and Virtual Reality strategies, The Advanced Imaging Society and The National Association of Broadcasters have partnered to produce the second annual "Content Technology" seminar presented by Nokia (News - Alert) in Hollywood on September 30th, 2015 from 9:00AM - 5:30PM.

The event will bring together content professionals and executives tasked with managing the next generation of content technologies emerging in the marketplace in 2016. The seminar is open to entertainment industry professionals and will be held at the Paramount Pictures Studios Paramount Theater in Hollywood.

"Executives in the content creation and distribution business will be making critical business decisions in 2016 about how to manage the emerging technologies of high dynamic range, wide color gamut, 4K and Virtual Reality," remarked Society Chairman Mike DeValue of Walt Disney (News - Alert) Studios.

The conference will spotlight the fast emerging "high dynamic range," "wide color gamut" and "virtual reality" premium content technologies, which are taking center stage in Hollywood. The seminar will also include the latest information on the progress of 4K production and delivery to consumers from key motion picture, broadcast, cable, and satellite organizations. The afternoon session will focus on emerging Virtual Reality technologies and content strategies with demonstrations.
