SignalShare Expands into New Markets as Demand for Consumer Engagement Solution Grows

HACKENSACK, N.J., Aug. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- SignalShare (OTCQB: RMLX), the leading provider of high-density consumer engagement solutions, today announced its expansion, opening two new offices in Houston, Texas and San Jose, California. In addition, the company announced Steve Tran's appointment as senior vice president of strategy and mobile products, which comes on the heels of SignalShare's recent acquisition of his company, Incubite. He will oversee product development for SignalShare's consumer engagement platform and help venues, stadiums and hotels across the nation provide an unparalleled experience for wireless users.

SignalShare

SignalShare is the first and only end-to-end consumer engagement solution for venues and events that does more than simply get audiences online. The company's proprietary platform allows venues to use their wireless networks to gather data-rich insights about crowd and user behavior and leverage those insights to create engaging experiences and sponsorship opportunities that grow revenue.

With a growing client roster that includes IBM, the Sands Expo & Convention Center, the Detroit Red Wings and AEG, SignalShare is establishing regional hubs in major U.S. cities to meet the needs of current and future customers. In addition to Houston and California, SignalShare already has locations in New Jersey, North Carolina and Colorado. These five locations will give SignalShare greater ability to meet client demands and continue to build state-of-the-art engagement solutions and the networks that support them across the nation.

"San Jose/span> puts us at the epicenter of today's emerging technologies, where we will be surrounded by other high-growth tech companies," said Aaron Dobrinsky, CEO of SignalShare. "We also chose to make a strategic expansion into Houston because the city's central geographic location gives us direct access to our growing customer base across the country. This expansion, along with the appointment of Steve Tran to the role of senior vice president of strategy and mobile products, allows us to aggressively grow our services and provide more customers with the network support and audience insights they need to generate new revenue."

In his new role, Tran will lead strategy, product development and engineering for mobile audience engagement solutions targeting SignalShare's sports, entertainment and corporate markets. A developer and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in product development, finance and entrepreneurship, Tran transitions to the team from Incubite, where he was the founder and CEO of the company before it was acquired by SignalShare in January 2015. Incubite's other staff members also joined the SignalShare team as part of the acquisition. Prior to founding Incubite, Tran was co-founder of BeVocal, one of the world's largest providers of cloud based speech-enabled call automation technology, which was acquired by Nuance Communications, Inc. in 2007.

"Steve brings essential product development leadership to the SignalShare team, and his expertise will help us provide our customers with a new vehicle for generating engagement, marketing opportunities and revenue," said Dobrinsky. "As we continue our coast-to-coast expansion, we rely on leadership and innovation from individuals like Steve to continue to reach billions of users with our products."

Tran will oversee the San Jose office. The Houston office will be led by Chris Barnes, SignalShare's executive vice president of strategic alliances and business development. Barnes has extensive experience developing technology and service businesses across industries, including a previous startup IPO effort, which carried a market cap in excess of $1.2 billion.
