The merged company will retain the MicroPact name.

The executive management team will continue intact with Tom Sechler, current Iron Data CEO, serving as CEO of the merged company, Kris Collo, current MicroPact CEO and founder, serving as President, Mike Cerniglia, current MicroPact CTO continuing to serve as the CTO, and Dan Smith, current Iron Data CFO, continuing as CFO.
