Rudman was most recently Chairman and CEO of then publicly traded Vocus (Nasdaq: VOCS) where he co-founded the company, led it through a successful IPO to become the leader in the public relations market, and finally through a successful sale for close to half a billion dollars. Rudman succeeds Eran Gilad, who along with the team at Tracx, has worked tirelessly to build one of the leading social business platforms used by the world's largest and most respected brands.

Rick Rudman is a software veteran and was most recently the CEO of cloud-based marketing and PR leader, Vocus, where he was the driving force behind incredible growth from start-up to close to $200M in revenue.  After growing the company to 1,500 employees across the US, Europe and Asia, Rudman oversaw an exit for close to half a billion dollars, which represented a 48% premium to the company. Prior to Vocus, he was a senior executive at Dataway Corporation, a company specializing in the development of mission-critical software systems for clients such as KPMG, Booz-Allen and the U.S. Navy. Rudman also worked as an accountant and served as Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. In 2003, he was the Greater Washington Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in the software category, and in 1999, he was selected as the High Technology Council of Maryland's "Entrepreneur of the Year." Rudman received a bachelor's of science in accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
