Health Informatics Expert Randy Rutledge Joins ICF InternationalICF International (News - Alert), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has named Randy Rutledge, who has a doctorate in conflict analysis and resolutions, to the position of vice president and line of business leader for ICF's newly reorganized public health systems team in Atlanta. Ms. Rutledge has more than 20 years of commercial and government experience in the planning, development, and management of information technology (IT) programs that support public health, healthcare, financial services, training and education. She is an expert in health informatics and technology solutions that ensure stakeholders have the information they need for critical public health strategy, investment, policy and program decisions. Most recently, before joining ICF, she worked at the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as an IT senior project manager. "Dr. Rutledge is passionate about developing solutions that achieve results for clients and their organizations. She is a member of the adjunct faculty at Mercer University in Atlanta, where she is credentialed to teach health informatics courses.
