On August 21, 2014, the Company announced that, "due to temperature deviations below product specifications during shipments to the Ampion™ STEP Study clinical sites, release of data will be delayed." On this news the Company's shares declined sharply, thereby damaging investors. Then on April 20, 2015, Ampio announced that, "the multiple injection STRIDE study AP008 did not reach its primary endpoint against the saline control test." On this news, shares of Ampio fell $5.18 per share, to close at $2.69, or more than 65.8%, on April 24, 2015.
