The prestigious award program, sponsored by one of France's leading electronics trade publications, identifies the most innovative products of the year in several different categories, highlighting technologies that will have a significant impact on the market.

RTG4 FPGAs are Microsemi's latest development in a long history of radiation-tolerant FPGAs that are found in many NASA, ESA and other spacecraft programs, and combine a wealth of features with the highest quality and reliability to meet the increasing demands of modern satellite payloads. The devices feature reprogrammable flash technology offering complete immunity to radiation-induced configuration upsets in the most severe environments, requiring no configuration scrubbing, unlike SRAM FPGA technology. RTG4 also supports space applications requiring up to 150,000 logic elements and up to 300 MHz of system performance.
