Taqua Expands Global Partnerships to Fulfill Growing Operator Demand for VoWiFi


Taqua®, LLC, a leading supplier of mobile and fixed communications solutions, announced today, at the LTE (News - Alert) World Summit in Amsterdam, several new partnerships with leading mobile telecommunications systems integrators and solutions providers to help fulfill demand for its Voice over Wi-Fi (VoWiFi) solution set in Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. These new partnerships extend Taqua's existing presence in North America and Europe to key growth regions, allowing the company to serve a growing list of mobile communications service providers that are interested in deploying VoWiFi to improve indoor service coverage.

This new set of Taqua partners will sell and support the company's Virtual Mobile Core and Mobile Client solution, which enables VoWiFi and Voice over LTE (VoLTE) services utilizing an operator's existing mobile infrastructure without requiring expensive or complicated upgrades.

  • CommLogik, maximizes the business value for Communication Service Providers throughout Latin America and the Caribbean by enhancing their core infrastructures, ensuring interoperability and/or expanding their service delivery capabilities. Taqua's Virtual Mobile Core (VMC) is a converged 4G mobile core enabling rapid deployment of next-generation mobile voice and messaging services.
