  • Excellence in Customer Experience and Digital Service

An awards reception to honor the winners is scheduled for November 9 at Arena Stage, the Mead Center for American Theater in Washington, D.C. In addition, all finalists and winners will be invited to exhibit at the 2016 Management of Change event.
