Success Channel Inc. announced today the opening of a Private Offering to raise USD 20,000,000 for 25% of the capital.

"Work hard, play hard" is the lifestyle Success Channel's shows will embody. The channel will portray success in all of its forms. Reality shows will offer achievement-oriented coaching in a wide range of contexts to the audience.

Success Channel is:

• A satellite TV channel dedicated to success and the success world
• An internet platform offering interaction between shows and their viewers
• A merchandising division

The channel will offer:

• Major b>events coverage including the Grammy awards, the Oscar ceremony, the Sundance Film Festival, the Super Bowl, the Indianapolis 500
• Lively concepts such as talk shows, reality TV, interviews, jet-set shows
• An immersion in the life of celebrities and ordinary people being successful

The company will broadcast television programs from satellites covering the United States of America and Europe.

The Success Channel brand image will be brought to life by the two ambassadresses Barbara and Nicole Kimpel, who will personify the spirit and the glamour of Success Channel.
