Vimicro Hosts Shanxi Provincial Government Officials' Inspection Visit


BEIJING, May 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Vimicro International Corporation (NASDAQ: VIMC) ("Vimicro" or the "Company"), a leading video surveillance technology and solution provider in China, today announced that Mr. Rulin Wang, Secretary of the CPC Shanxi Provincial Committee, paid an inspection visit to Vimicro's JV, Shanxi Zhongtianxin Science and Technology Co. Ltd. ("Zhongtianxin"), in Taiyuan City of Shanxi Province on May 7, 2015.

Mr. Rulin Wang spent considerable time understanding Vimicro's video surveillance solution powered by Vimicro's proprietary chip technology and corporate development, accompanied by Dr. John Deng, Vimicro's Chairman and CEO.
