New West Technologies Wins Contract for Design and Development of New Samish Indian Nation WebsiteNew West Technologies ("New West"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cybergy Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: CYBG), has been selected by the Samish Indian Nation of Washington State to provide custom website design and development for the Tribal government's new website. Under the terms of the agreement, New West and its teaming partner AmericanEagle.com ("American Eagle") will replace an existing website with one that will provide a central place for Tribal members to access critical governmental information and serve as a portal for Tribal governance. "This contract is a first of its kind for New West, but it builds upon our rich history of supporting Tribal governments and organizations, as well as work we've done to support federal government clients in the design and development of program websites," said New West President Steve Hauser. As part of a broader support contract, New West assisted in the design and development of a site for the Administration for Native Americans (ANA) within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The company also assisted with the development and hosting of website elements for several programs within the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) as part of its ongoing work supporting the agency's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). For its part, American Eagle is an indutry leader with nearly 20 years of experience in professional website design, development, ecommerce, hosting, and email marketing. American Eagle's clients include small companies and start-ups, Fortune 500 companies, professional sports teams, and manufacturers of niche products. Important features of the redesigned Samish Indian Nation website will be full integration with social media platforms as well as an event calendar and integrated streaming video. Additional tasking may include the development of an immersive microsite for Tribal members that features an online community center and e-learning portal, and the development of an online family tree for tracking Tribal members. New West and its partners will work closely with the Samish Indian Nation to ensure that the website is user-friendly, incorporating a range of functions and capabilities, and that it meets the needs of the Tribal government in better serving its members. Once completed, the New West team will continue to work with the Tribal government to ensure that the website evolves to meet the Samish Indian Nation's goals and objectives.
