QTS Declares $0.32 Second Quarter Common Stock Dividend

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:QTS), one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing providers of data center facilities and cloud services, announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a cash dividend of $0.32 per share on its common stock for the second quarter of 2015. The $0.32 per share dividend is payable on July 8, 2015 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on June 19, 2015.
