Video Guidance's Merger with BCS Global Reaps 63% Increase in First Quarter Booked Sales

Twin (News - Alert) Cities-based Video Guidance, a leading strategic visual communications company, today reported that its first quarter booked sales in 2015 has increased 63 percent over the same period in 2014. In addition, first quarter financial revenues increased 27 percent during the same period. The company attributes the increase to the strength of its recent merger with London-based BCS Global.

In January 2015, Video Guidance began to implement its merger with BCS Global Networks, Inc., bringing together two highly regarded leaders in visual communications, creating a formidable, cloud-based global enterprise that links BCS Global's capabilities in Europe, Canada and Asia with Video Guidance's in North America. Video Guidance became a wholly owned subsidiary of BCS and retains the respected Video Guidance name and brand in the U.S.

"Our merger with BCS Global strengthens our North America footprint and gives Video Guidance a dedicated worldwide network and data centers to continue to position and grow our cloud-service offering," said Michael Werch, Video Guidance president, North America. "We are thrilled to realize such strong sales in this first quarter."

Video Guidance also attributes its continued growth to VG Connect™, the company's easy-to-use, multimedia cloud-based service. VG Connect is an integration of video conferencing tools that combines desktop, mobile and room systems with HD video, voice, webcasting and gateway programs into one secure service.

VG Connect features conferencing technology from Acano, whose platform unites previously incompatible audio, video and web technologies in virtual team rooms. One of these cloud-based solutions is VG Connect's MeetingSpace™, which offers virtual meeting rooms, allowing face-to-face calls with anyone at any time. With a single click, people can join MeetingSpace using a phone, a tablet, a computer, a video system.

"Our partnership with Acano offers new unprecedented solutions for video conferencing on all devices," said Werch. "The demand for this video conferencing technology is escalating and is bringing more comprehensive collaboration and visual services to businesses and organizations."
