Mobileye Schedules Its First Quarter 2015 Financial Results Release For Tuesday, May 12, 2015

(NYSE: MBLY), the global leader in the design and development of camera-based Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, today announced that it intends to release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015 on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at approximately 7:30 a.m. EDT.

In conjunction with the release, Mobileye will host a conference call at 8:30 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 to review the company's financial results for the first quarter 2015 and to provide guidance for the remainder of the fiscal year 2015.  A live webcast of this conference call will be available on the investor relations portion of the company's website at ir.mobileye.com, and a replay of the webcast will be archived on the website for 90 days.
