The first annual Diga-Talk® Dealer Summit took place on Wednesday, March 25 at Maggiano's in Naperville, IL.  Two-way radio dealers from all over Illinois and surrounding states came to discover why Diga-Talk® is leading the nation with its state-of-the-art digital technology.  Mr. Anderson is seen as the original pioneer in this industry, carving out the largest regional area for moving fleets to seamlessly roam without interruption.   In addition to Mr. Anderson and his leading staff presenting the power of Diga-Talk®, representatives from JVC Kenwood, Primus Electronics, CTI Products, Otto Engineering and Tallysman also presented to the dealer attendees.  Excitement buzzed in the air as industry experts discussed the atest and greatest two-way radio technologies available for business.

The clarity of digital wasn't always available in two-way radio technology.  Now that it's available for a wide area, Chicagoland businesses are jumping on the digital band-wagon.  Disposal trucks, school buses, towing companies and emergency vehicles are a few examples of the types of fleets now transmitting seamlessly over Diga-Talk's all-digital and secure network.  Diga-Talk® is not only keeping their communications focused on business, it is also keeping their drivers compliant by using only "push-to-talk" digital mobile radios.  This equates to little or no time wasted on cell phones and saves the company hefty fines for cell phone use while driving.

Lucille Feeney, Assistant Principal of Transportation, Troy Schools, said this about Diga-Talk®: "We recently flipped 67 buses at Troy School [for a total of 249 on the network]. Diga-Talk® came out, took the old radio systems – phenomenal service – upgraded them to digital radios in our new buses. They got us going so on the first day of school, we had two-way radios in all our buses and were able to keep in communication with our drivers."

Diga-Talk® network coverage spans from Effingham, IL over to Gary, Indiana, all the way up to Green Bay, Wisconsin and all points in-between.  With plans to acquire more tower space in more areas, Diga-Talk® intends to meet the growing demand of Chicagoland businesses by bringing on Authorized Agents who will help to expand this much-needed network.  Diga-Talk® is not only increasing overall efficiency of these organizations, they are raising the bar for standards of business everywhere.
