Australian Builder Synergy Construct Selects Textura-CPM Solution

Adelaide-based Company Benefits from Efficiency of Online Claims Solution

MELBOURNE, Australia, April 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Textura Australasia, a subsidiary of leading construction collaboration solutions provider Textura Corporation (NYSE: TXTR), announced that South Australian commercial builder Synergy Construct Pty Ltd is using Textura's Construction Payment Management® (CPM®) solution to automate and streamline the subcontractor claims and payment management processes.

Adelaide-based Synergy Construct applies fresh, advanced methods to commercial construction projects. As the builder continues to grow, it needed a way to automate the claims and payment process and allow the business to scale efficiently without a large administrative expense, said Michael Gramazio, Business Director and co-Founder.

"Our 'Tier 1 Thinking' – becoming involved in the early design stages of projects prior to construction and adding significant value in the front end of the process – is what sets us apart. CPM provides greater control over our projects and allows us to deliver the best results to our clients both onsite and off," said Gramazio. "Another key factor was ease of implementation," he added.  "As a lean business, we don't have a lot of time to spend on anything that isn't directly related to construction. Textura was able to get us up and runing immediately, and we were able to process claims within two weeks of our first contact with them."

Textura-CPM is a cloud-based solution that integrates all construction payment management process components – including progress claims, statutory declarations, compliance management and payments – into a single, seamless workflow.

"Textura's client services team contacted each subcontractor individually and walked them through their first claim submission on CPM. This rapid implementation allowed us to realise the benefits within days of deciding to move ahead with Textura," said Gramazio.

"We are thrilled that Synergy sees CPM as a world-class solution to help grow their business quickly and efficiently," said Milton Walters, President of Textura Australasia. "They also gave us the opportunity to show how quickly CPM can be up and running, and how our client services organisation makes onboarding easy for subcontractors – and helps them realise the benefits of CPM. We look forward to helping Synergy rapidly grow their business and to being a long-term partner in their success."
