IPC Healthcare Names Director of Client Retention


IPC (News - Alert) Healthcare, Inc. (Nasdaq: IPCM), a leading national acute hospitalist and post-acute provider organization, announced today that it has appointed Pamela Mays to the newly created position of Director of Client Retention. In this new role, Mays will be in charge of leading the company's client retention program. She will be responsible for client management at IPC Healthcare through both the implementation of process improvement plans and analysis of resultant metrics and information.

Ms. Mays brings over 15 years of business development experience and over 10 years of healthcare experience. Most recently, she held the position of Director of Proposal Management for Corizon (News - Alert) Health, a correctional healthcare company that provides healthcare services to over 345,000 inmates in 27 states. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, Mass Communications/Political Science degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
