Court of Appeals Stays Preliminary Injunction Against Diablo Technologies

SAN JOSE, Calif., March 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Diablo Technologies today announced that on Thursday March 26, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit  issued a temporary stay of the preliminary injunction against the company's Memory Channel Storage™ based chipset. The decision comes after a federal jury earlier this week ruled in favor of Diablo in a lawsuit brought by Netlist, Inc. (NLST).

Diablo will resume shipments of its MCS™ based chipsets, while the District Court considers the company's request to dissolve the preliminary injunction. The court has given Netlist until March 31, 2015 to respond.

"This is another positive step and gives us the ability to resume shipments of the product that our customers are demanding," said Riccardo Badalone, CEO and Co-Founder of Diablo Technologies. "We will continue to focus on technology innovation, growing our busness, and most importantly, serving our valued customers."
