Agilent Technologies Receives Award for Outstanding Customer Service

Agilent Technologies (News - Alert) Inc. (NYSE: A) has been recognized with a Reviewers' Choice Award for outstanding customer service from SelectScience, an independent, expert-led scientific review.

SelectScience reviewers, which include scientists from around the world, judged Agilent's customer service to be the best in the laboratory products industry. As one reviewer put it: "On every occasion that I have dealt with Agilent's customer support they have been spectacular."

"Agilent is honored to be recognized by our customers through SelectScience," said Doug McDougall, Agilent vice president and general manager of Global Customer Service Operations. "It's a validation of our highly trained engineers and the relentless focus we all put on customer service. We believe that this recognition stems from Agilent's ability to be a true partner, always putting our customers first and ensuring that they can focus on producing life-changing results."

"The Reviewers' Choice Awards showcase the power of impartial reviews and enable scientists to make informed purchasing decisions," said SelectScience editor-in-chief Kerry Parker.

The Reviewers' Coice Awards are the newest category of SelectScience's annual Scientists' Choice Awards.

Winners were announced during Pittcon, the world's largest annual conference and exposition on laboratory science, earlier this month in New Orleans.
