Cybergy Holdings Announces Win in $500,000,000 HHS Contract by Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, New West Technologies

New West Technologies ("New West"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cybergy Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: CYBG), has been selected by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as one of the prime contractors for a Multiple Award IDIQ contract, with a ceiling of $500 million over 10 years. New West and its teaming partner, Circuit Media, are proud to be among the winners of this multi-purpose technical, analytical, and support services contract with HHS.

The services provided under this contract include policy and program assessments; data collection and analysis; performance measurements; and auxiliary services. Cybergy's SmartFile technology will be incorporated as a unique feature in the services provided by New West.

"This contract builds on our previous work with HHS and the broad scope of work in this new contract offers us an opportunity to expand our efforts in several new areas," said New West President Steve Hauser. "We see this as a multi-million dollar opportunity to grow our business with HHS and include the capabilities of the Cybergy family of companies in the coming years."

The contract - known as an IDIQ, short for "Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity" - is designed to help HHS enhance its technical and analytical resources. The contract has a 5-year base period of performance and includes one 5-year extension option. The global value of the contract is $500 million to be awarded on a competitive basis to each of the awardees.

Mrk Gray, Chairman and CEO of Cybergy Partners, itself a subsidiary of Cybergy Holdings, Inc., said that New West is well-positioned to provide these services to HHS.

"We are pleased to be named a prime contractor on this important award. New West's past work for HHS, combined with its ongoing work providing high-quality technical support to its clients, including other Federal agencies, makes it an excellent choice for HHS. We further believe that this win validates both our strong platform capabilities and the specific advantages provided by our cyber and document security suite of services including SmartFile," said Mr. Gray.

Cybergy CTO, Wyly Wade further noted, "Medical record security is rising to be one of the top focuses of the cyber security industry. We appreciate HHS's inclusion of partners with the ability to manage this class of industry risks."

With more than 37,000 beta-users, the Cybergy SmartFile technology connects digital documents to the internet, including all types of Microsoft Office and Adobe (News - Alert) PDF files. This innovation is designed to take an organization's security a level deeper into documents and files themselves and provides real-time reporting when documents are opened or viewed, printed, saved or shared with others. SmartFile provides real-time reports to alerts when sensitive files have been leaked or when unauthorized users (hackers) gain access and open documents.
