Application Delivery Controller (ADC) Market Continues Run of Record Quarters, Rising 4% Sequentially in Fourth Quarter 2014, According to Dell'Oro GroupREDWOOD CITY, Calif., March 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- According to a recently published Application Delivery Controller (ADC) report by Dell'Oro Group, the trusted source for market information about the networking and telecommunications industries, the ADC market grew by four percent sequentially in the fourth quarter 2014. This market has posted record quarters since the second quarter of 2014, spurred by product upgrades and the trend for expanded application delivery function. Virtual Appliances continued to perform well, with revenues growing for the fourth consecutive quarter; while Physical Appliances rebounded somewhat, growing in the mid-single digits sequentially after declining in the third quarter 2014.
