Xceedium, Inc. Secures Fourth Essential Patent for Privileged Identity Management

U.S. Patent 8,831,011 provides for the passing of credentials into a network, authorizing a user or group of users to a remote target device or application, while simultaneously recording and auditing the session. Once users have been authenticated into the network through the multi-factor single-sign-on client, they can securely access other pre-approved systems without retaining credentials that can be compromised or exploited. Meanwhile, policy administrators can easily change access parameters without specifically having privileged credentials attached to their own accounts.
