Red Box was invited to upgrade its membership to Alliance Level after receiving positive feedback from ShoreTel resellers and customers about its Quantify Recording Suite solution. Following successful validation testing between Quantify and ShoreTel's latest telephony platform, ShoreTel 14.2, both companies are now sharing knowledge and expertise to offer fully integrated voice and data recording solutions.
