T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. Selects GENBAND SBC for Advanced SIP Trunking Capabilities


GENBAND, a leading provider of real-time communications software solutions, today announced that T-Mobile (News - Alert) Czech Republic has selected GENBAND's market-leading QUANTiX Session Border Controller (SBC) Solution to enable SIP Trunking in its two data centers in the Czech Republic.

GENBAND's QUANTiX SBC is a next-generation solution that reduces complexity and simplifies the network edge by securely managing, routing and controlling real-time voice and multimedia sessions across fixed, wireless and enterprise IP networks.

The QUANTiX SBC's flexible configuration was also a key decision factor for T-Mobile since it allowed interworking with their established Mobile Switching Center Servers to provide SIP PBX (News - Alert) service.
