DLT Solutions Names Emerging Technology Industry Icon and Entrepreneur Chris Lynch to Board of Directors


DLT Solutions, a leading value-added reseller in government information technology (IT) software and services, today announced that Chris Lynch will join the company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. Lynch, partner at FKA, is widely revered by the tech community for his passion for emerging technology, most notably enterprise, big data and data analytics solutions. Lynch's appointment brings decades of entrepreneurial and technology expertise to guide DLT Solutions' emerging technology offerings.

Chris also led the investment in Hadapt, where he served as chairman prior to the company's sale to Teradata (NYSE: TDC), and Lagoa where he was instrumental in its sale to Autodesk (News - Alert) (NASDAQ: ADSK). He previously served as chairman of Azuki Systems before its sale to Ericsson in 2014. Prior to joining Atlas Venture in 2012, Lynch was CEO of Vertica Systems (News - Alert), the number one ranked big data company in the market, and led its acquisition by HP i March of 2011. Before that, Lynch also led global sales and marketing for Arrowpoint Communications, and saw the company through its IPO and $5.7 billion acquisition by Cisco (News - Alert).
