XIFIN Names James C. Malone as Chief Financial Officer


XIFIN, Inc., the financial cloud computing company revolutionizing the business of healthcare diagnostics from patient to payment, has named James C. Malone as its new chief financial officer. Malone brings a wealth of experience as a financial leader in the healthcare, life sciences and technology sectors with a history of managing high-performance finance organizations.

In his role, Malone will work closely with the executive team, boards of directors and clinical advisory groups to fulfill the company's key financial and growth strategies and manage the organization's finance and administrative activities.

Malone is an accomplished financial leader with more than 25 years of leadership experience and success working with both large multi-conglomerate businesses as well as high-growth public and private companies. He has held a number of high-profile financial roles at leading companies, most recently serving as executive vice president/CFO at American Well, Inc., the world's leading provider of telehealth solutions, where he established the operational infrastructure to support continued top- and bottom-line success.

Additionally, he served as EVP/CFO at Misys PLC, where he negotiated the $1.3B acquisition of Allscripts, and was the EVP/CFO of The Trizetto Group, Inc. throughout its hyper-growth period. Malone has also held executive positions with IMS Health, Cognizant (News - Alert) and Dunn & Bradstreet Corporation.


Malone studied taxation at Pace University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. Francis College. While an audit manager at Price Waterhouse, Malone earned his Certified Public Accountant license.
