ChannelAdvisor Vice President and General Counsel Diana Allen Recognized As 2015 Women in Business Award WinnerChannelAdvisor Corporation (NYSE:ECOM), a leading provider of cloud-based e-commerce solutions that enable retailers and manufacturers to increase global sales, today announced that Diana Allen, ChannelAdvisor vice president and general counsel, has been recognized by the Triangle Business Journal as a 2015 Women in Business award winner. The Women in Business Awards recognize women in the Research Triangle who are dynamic and outstanding leaders with significant accomplishments in business and community service. As vice president, general counsel and secretary, Allen oversees ChannelAdvisor's worldwide legal functions, including regulatory compliance, commercial affairs, litigation and intellectual property management. She previously served as associate general counsel, assistant secretary and compliance director for Cree (News - Alert), Inc. Allen received her Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors from Columbia College and a Juris Doctor with high honors from Duke University School of Law, where she received the Order ofthe Coif. Outside her role at ChannelAdvisor, Allen volunteers her time to educate other law professionals and students in the community. She is the vice president of the Research Triangle Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, which serves hundreds of members in the Triangle area. Additionally, she is a Section Council Member of the International Law and Practice section of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA). This year's Women in Business winners will be honored at an awards luncheon on Monday, March 30 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center in Durham.
