Lynch brings 30 years of IT experience to One Call, including senior leadership roles in public and privately held firms across diverse industries. Most recently, Lynch served in the retail industry as CIO of Rite Aid, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Shopko Stores. He began his career as a software engineer at Honeywell (News - Alert) (formerly Sperry Aerospace) and progressed to senior leadership positions within the airline, travel, and transportation industries at America West Airlines, Air Wisconsin Airlines, and Runzheimer International (News - Alert).

Lynch holds a degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering and Technology at Northern Arizona University. He will be based at the One Call headquarters office in Jacksonville, FL.
