Falcon Social Kicks off 2015 with Triple Digit Revenue Growth


Falcon Social, a leading enterprise social media management platform, today announced it has closed out 2014 with 443 percent revenue growth. The company has entered 2015 with an impressive global customer portfolio, including Jaguar, Carlsberg, Mentos, Pandora (News - Alert), Chupa Chups, Orangina Schweppes, IWC Watches, SIGG, Redken, Warner Music and Coca Cola.

Falcon Social offers a unified social media management platform to help enterprises listen, engage, publish, measure and manage social media content. To date, the company has raised $9M from strategic investors Northcap Partners and Target (News - Alert) Partners, and has offices in Copenhagen and New York City. To keep up with this exponential growth, Falcon Social has expanded its global workforce by 63 percent in the past twelve months, including adding key hire Andrew Dahl, previously of Zendesk, as Head of Product.

Falcon Social is poised to keep pace with this high-growth trajectory in 2015 as social media takes center stage in the marketing mix. A Salesforce survey ofmore than 5,000 marketers reveals that 70 percent plan to boost spending on social media marketing in 2015. Additionally, Forrester Research (News - Alert) predicts spending on social media marketing will hit $9.7 billion this year in the U.S. and soar to $17.3 billion in 2019, an increase of nearly 80 percent.
