MaritzCX Closes Transactions to Combine the Maritz Research and Allegiance Businesses


MaritzCX™ today announced that the transaction to combine the businesses of Maritz Research Inc. and Allegiance (News - Alert) Software, Inc. has closed. As a result, more than 900 employees are dedicated exclusively to delivering customer experience solutions to businesses in more than 100 countries.

As detailed in the original announcement, Maritz Holdings Inc. and Allegiance Software, Inc. (Allegiance) created a new independent company, MaritzCX™, through the acquisition of Allegiance and subsequent combination with Maritz Research Inc.



With an unmatched combination of four key elements: CX software, data and research science, deep vertical market expertise, and managed program services, MaritzCX is uniquely positioned in the market and is poised for aggressive growth.

The transaction close also marks the end of the Allegiance fiscal year where the company saw 55% new bookings growth and 97% SaaS (News - Alert) solutions bookings growth. Going forward, MaritzCX will align to a fiscal year that begins April 1.
