U.S. HealthWorks Acquires Tustin Irvine Medical Group's Three Orange County Centers


U.S. HealthWorks, a leading operator of occupational healthcare and urgent care centers nationwide, announced today it has acquired three Orange (News - Alert) County area centers: two Tustin Irvine Medical Group locations and East Edinger Industrial Urgent Care.

The new locations give U.S. HealthWorks 73 centers and worksites in California, and 222 centers and worksites in 19 states. With the acquisition, U.S. HealthWorks now has eight centers in Orange County.

The terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

"The expanded network of centers in Orange County will allow us to better serve all our clients and patients in the region."

The acquired centers are located at:

  • 15751 Rockfield Blvd., Irvine
  • 800 N. Tustin Ave., Santa Ana
  • 1530 E. Edinger Ave., Santa Ana (formerly East Edinger Industrial Urgent Care)

    The facilities will continue to offer a wide range of occupational healthcare services and urgent care, including diagnosis and treatment for injury and illness, preventive services, pre-employment and post-offer exams and screening, and return-to-work rehabilitative care.


    The centers are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
