SYC, a New York based product development firm, adds a 24/7 call center to its roster of supplementary client services.


The announcement follows a series of recent ecommerce services SYC has added to its core business of product manufacturing. The company, which helps retailers launch in-house brands and targeted products, has been diversifying its suite of services to include brand design, promotional media and order drop shipping.

"It's a natural step to making brand development a more seamless experience." says Zain (News - Alert) Dhanani, founder and CEO at SYC. "By consolidating the product makers and the product support team, the customer receives unparalleled service directly from the experts."



In 2014, SYC saw annual revenue grow over 400% as ecommerce companies continue to launch initiatives to increase customer engagement and build member loyalty. In that effort, more and more retailers are creating in-house brands to provide unique products, offer better prices and differentiate themselves from competitors.

The call center, which will be available exclusively to SYC clients, will open in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. The office will be SYC's third facility in the New York metropolitan area, after its Manhattan headquarters and Connecticut fulfillment warehouse.
