NTRR Opens Talks to Add Latest Technologies to Contain A Grow Indoor Horticulture Systems

Neutra Corp. (OTCBB:NTRR) and its joint venture partner, Vertigo Technologies, announced today that they have opened talks with rising technology innovators to potentially add sophisticated new lighting and drying systems to the cutting-edge, built-to-order indoor horticultural pods now being marketed for use producing cannabis and other nutraceutical crops.

In October, NTRR announced that Vertigo acquired Contain A Grow, a producer of self-contained, indoor horticulture systems designed to be implemented virtually anywhere. Fabricated from common shipping containers, the all-in-one Contained Agriculture Controlled Environment System provides a closed, controlled environment that can be used to produce any number of climate-controlled indoor crops.

Now, the joint venture is leveraging contacts that NTRR made at last month's 2014 Marijuana Business Conference & Expo in Las Vegas to strike a potential deal to outfit Contain A Grow pods with the very latest in indoor lighting and drying systems.

"The emerging technologies that we saw at the Las Vegas expo could give Contain A Grow a huge advantage over competing systems currently on the market," said NTRR CEO Chris Brown. NTRR formed a joint venture with Vertigo last year to help market and develop revolutionary indoor growing products just as the U.S. cannabis industry began to reach a tipping point. Through that joint venture, NTRR will participate in profits earned by Contain A Grow.
