• Continued focus on helping customers manage compliance requirements.

Talent Development

• Improved automated appraisal workflow usability in SilkRoad Performance to alert and coach Administrators on how to correct any workflow errors prior to attempting to launch their appraisal, saving time and creating more consistency in the appraisal process.
• Enhanced course catalog search in SilkRoad Learning Management makes it easier for users to find their desired course by offering relevance searching.
• Notification testing within SilkRoad Learning to ensure consistency and accuracy prior to applying updates globally.
