ad:tech New York 2014, the longest running digital marketing event in the industry, has announced that more than 7,000 marketing, advertising, media and technology professionals committed to the two-day event. Strong attendance this year further demonstrates the growing needs of the ad:tech communities in today's increasingly "always on" world.

The Expo Floor boasted more than 249 exhibitors representing 17 countries across 16 product categories, including leading solution providers such as App Annie, Domo, Pixalate, Beyond.com, GoodData, Media Nexus, Stirista, GoToMeeting, Cake, DAQRI and many more. In the NEXT Feature Area, tech startups and established brands like Aerva (News - Alert), MultiTaction, Gimbal and Reel FX showcased the latest in revolutionary solutions and interactive product displays. A new addition to the Expo Floor this year, two international pavilions featured innovative marketing solutions from Israel and Japan.

Fourteen up-and-coming tech startups competed live on the NEXT stage in the Startup Spotlight Series with four winners, clypd, Klick Push, Earshot and Znaptag, comingout on top. Heineken USALive NationAlex and Ani, and Nestlé Pure Life served as brand judges in the competition, where the winners received the ad:tech Innovation Award and the opportunity to make a formal pitch in-house with these leading brands.



Another highlight of the event was the announcement of the recipients of the ad:tech Industry Achievement Award to Peter Naylor, senior vice president of advertising at acclaimed media platform hulu, and Allie Kline, chief marketing officer of AOL (News - Alert) Platforms. Mr. Naylor and Ms. Kline are true innovators in digital media and advertising, having led the strategies of today's biggest Web and television properties. Both recipients have a proven history of excellence in digital marketing by pioneering innovative advertising campaigns, media technology solutions and business management. Naylor and Kline have given back to the digital marketing industry through involvement with company and organization boards, actively participating in industry associations and thought leadership.

Attendees participated in more than 30 topical breakout sessions, four sponsored workshops, eight think:tech educational forums and five keynotes delivered by leaders in brand management, advertising, social analytics and more.
