Palo Alto WEDNESDAY Stanford Shopping Center on El Camino Real, 10:40 a.m.: Identity theft was reported. 1800 block of Embarcadero Road, 7:45 p.m.: A 30-year-old San Francisco man was cited for possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. THURSDAY 2100 block of University Avenue, 12:44 a.m.: A 37-year-old transient man was arrested for automobile theft, providing false identification to a police officer, receiving stolen property and warrants. 500 block of Barron Avenue, 9:01 a.m.: A construction site was vandalized. 4100 block of El Camino Real, 1:06 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized. Fry's Electronics on Portage Avenue, 1:26 p.m.: Two vehicles were burglarized. 4100 block of El Camino Real, 1:31 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized. 400 block of Emerson Street, 10:55 p.m.: A 34-year-old Austin, Texas, man was arrested for public drunkenness, battery and providing false identification to a police officer. FRIDAY 800 block of San Antonio Road, 7:50 a.m.: Credit cards were found. 700 block of Everett Avenue, 8:25 a.m.: A vehicle was burglarized. Town & Country Village on El Camino Real, 10:40 a.m.: An attempted automobile burglary was reported. 900 block of East Charleston Road, 11:15 a.m.: A residence was burglarized. Stanford Shopping Center on El Camino Real, 11:15 a.m.: A vehicle was burglarized. 300 block of Fulton Street, 11:37 a.m.: Identity theft was reported. 3400 block of El Camino Real, 12:31 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized. 2500 block of El Camino Real, 7:56 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized. 2300 block of El Camino Real, 8 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized. 4100 block of El Camino Real, 8:12 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized. Opportunity Center on Encina Avenue, 9:32 p.m.: A 51-year-old transient man was arrested for public drunkenness and battery. SUNDAY Stanford Shopping Center on El Camino Real, 3:52 p.m.: A hit-and-run collision was reported. 400 block of Cambridge Avenue, 7:33 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized. 3100 block of El Camino Real, 7:37 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized. 4200 block of El Camino Real, 7:44 p.m.: Two vehicles were burglarized. 3100 block of El Camino Real, 8 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized. Menlo Park FRIDAY 3700 block of Haven Avenue, 3:33 a.m.: Two identical pieces of carry-on luggage containing clothing and miscellaneous personal property as well as a backpack containing several electrical devices were found on the sidewalk. 100 block of El Camino Real, 12:04 p.m.: A stolen 1991 black Toyota Previa was recovered; a 31-year-old man was arrested. 600 block of Menlo Avenue, 4:58 p.m.: Fraud was reported. 1300 block of El Camino Real, 7:18 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized; a briefcase was stolen. 700 block of El Camino Real, 7:24 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized; a bag was stolen. SATURDAY 300 block of O'Keefe Street, 1:49 a.m.: An unlocked vehicle was burglarized; two computer laptops were stolen. 1700 block of Poppy Avenue, 3:36 p.m.: A bicycle was stolen. 1000 block of Pine Street, 4:15 p.m.: Fraud was reported. 900 block of Marsh Road, 6:08 p.m.: A hit-and-run collision was reported. SUNDAY Willow Road and Newbridge Street, 12:45 a.m.: A 46-year-old man was arrested for being under the influence of drugs. 1100 block of Del Norte Avenue, 5:45 p.m.: A vehicle was burglarized; a wallet was stolen. A bicycle was also stolen from a parking stall. 1100 block of Willow Alley, 8:40 p.m.: A 48-year-old man was arrested for being under the influence of drugs.
