Ireland : Taoiseach and Minister for Jobs announce 400 new jobs in 8 IDA Ireland client companies [TendersInfo (India)]


(TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) An Taoiseach Enda Kenny TD and Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation Richard Bruton TD today announced the creation of 400 new jobs for Cork, Dublin and Galway from 8 North American and European based high-growth companies. The investments are supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.



The new jobs will be spread across a number of sectors with a range of activities such as Software Development, Telecoms, Internet, Digital & Social Media.

The companies creating the new jobs are: (100) N3 Results the global sales execution and digital marketing firm, will create at least 100 knowledge-based jobs in the next three to five years in its Dublin office.


(85) Sprout Social a leading social media management and engagement platform for business, will open a second office in Dublin to support the company s existing and growing base of customers in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, creating 85 new jobs.

(70) SimpliVity the leader in hyperconverged infrastructure for the software-defined data centre, today announced plans to establish its service and support centre for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in Cork. SimpliVity has plans to hire 70 employees over a three-year period, with the potential for future expansion. Recruitment for the new roles is already underway.

(50) Udemy, the leading global marketplace for learning and teaching online, announced its plans to hire 50 people over the next three years in its newly established EMEA Operations centre based in Dublin s Digital Hub.

(25) Boomerang Pharmaceutical, the digital communications and marketing agency servicing the life sciences sector, today announced that it has established a Dublin office creating 25 jobs in response to the increased demand for its services in Europe.

(25) SNP Communications, the family-owned leadership communications company that specializes in coaching, content development, creative services and consulting has announced plans to add 25 jobs to its Dublin office over the next 3 years.

(25) Perseus Telecom, the leading provider of high-speed global connectivity, announced today the formation of a proprietary Network Operations Centre (NOC) in Galway. The opening of the Galway NOC will create 25 jobs and recruitment is already underway for a number of roles including Level 1, 2, and 3 network engineers, software developers, and projects managers.

(20) HedgeGuard has established its International Headquarters & Development Centre in Ireland in order to grow its international business and further enhance its product offering. The company expects to hire 20 people over a 3 year period across a number of activities including software engineering, middle-office management, customer implementation and tech support.
