AUTHENTIDATE HOLDING CORP FILES (8-K) Disclosing Change in Directors or Principal Officers(Edgar Glimpses Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. Effective as of October 31, 2014, we entered into a second letter agreement with our chief executive officer amending his employment agreement in order to provide for an additional one month extension of the original expiration date of the employment agreement. Our employment agreement with our chief executive officer would have expired October 31, 2014 without this letter agreement. We are currently in the process of considering a new employment agreement for him.
