(Kuwait News Agency Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Datapipe, a global provider of IT solutions for the enterprise, announced Monday that it has hired John Landy as chief technology officer.

Landy joins the company as it continues to expand its hybrid cloud services to address the specialized cloud needs of its customers, the Jersey City-based company said in a news release.

"Datapipe is well-known for having world-class solutions for multicloud environments. The way the company solves customer problems and addresses each need is unique in this industry and offers a true competitive advantage," Landy said in a prepared statement. "Datapipe's ability to offer a single pane of glass across the multi-platform infrastructure sets the company apart from its competitors. I look forward to leading the continued enhancements to its technology strategy and development efforts, further advancing Datapipe's leadership as the cloud industry advances." Prior to Datapipe, Landy served as the chief security officer at CTO at Intralinks.
