According to a release from the Company, the design of ARCHT One is based on the company's patented Sound Array technology, which evenly disperses sound throughout a room, and delivers a dynamic audio experience. As part of the Kickstarter launch, ARCHT Audio will give various discounts off the regular retail price of $599 from October 29 to December 12. ARCHT One's distinctive design and multidirectional Sound Array technology dispels the notion that optimum sound can only be enjoyed from a specific location in a room -- place the speaker anywhere and enjoy sound everywhere. At the push of a button, users can control playback of music directly on the ARCHT One or via an iOS app. The iOS app uses a location-based optimization sensor to calibrate the speaker based on surroundings. Choose from connections such as Wi- Fi, AirPlay, Bluetooth, and direct USB or AUX, which allow anyone to stream music to ARCHT One via their laptops, tablets or mobile devices. A limited number of ARCHT One units will be available for early bird backers at a substantial discount from the retail price. ARCHT One will also be available in two modern finishes -- black with a cool gray Sound Array and white with a silver Sound Array.
