Mobile operator Life:) Ukraine revenues up 16% y/y in Q3. [IntelliNews - Weekly Reports](IntelliNews - Weekly Reports Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Mobile operator Life:) Ukraine announced that its revenues grew by 15.5% y/y in Q3 to UAH 1.145bn (USD 88mn). The increase was driven by subscriber growth and increased mobile data revenues. EBITDA grew by 18.5% y/y to UAH 361.7mn, and the EBITDA margin rose by 2.7pps to 31.6%, mainly due to the revenue growth. However, the company still incurred a UAH 831.7mn net loss in Q3 due to the weaker local currency. The active subscriber base bounced by 12.8% to 10.6mn at the end of September, and the total subscriber base increased by 11.5% to 13.6mn. Total ARPU grew by 4.3% y/y to UAH 28.9. Capital expenditure totaled UAH 211mn, up by 179.8% q/q. life:) is GSM operator, founded by Astelit company in Ukraine in January 2005.
