Jones and Largen join a veteran team of industry experts who perform vital strategic functions across the Steelwedge solutions and finance organizations.



Jones directs the functional strategy, management, and roadmap for Steelwedge products. His key responsibilities at Steelwedge include directing strategy for product footprint and customer experience including mobility, user interface design and usability. Jones comes to Steelwedge from Elementum, a cloud-based supply chain software company he co-founded that secured more than $67 million in funding from Flextronics, Lightspeed Venture Partners and other Silicon Valley investors including Workday CEO Dave Duffield, Box CEO Aaron Levie, and Yahoo Co-Founder Jerry Yang.

At Elementum, Jones led product strategy and product management, built the company's software development team, led the definition and development of the initial product suite, and played an instrumental role in securing the company's first customers. Prior to Elementum, Jones was the Senior Vice President of R&D at E2open leading up to its IPO; the Vice President of Engineering at One Network; and a Senior Director of R&D at i2 Technologies. He also spent 15 years at Raytheon in various engineering, product management, and business development roles.


As the Controller and Vice President of Finance, Largen will work closely with Steelwedge's Chief Financial Officer to maintain and scale the company's financial systems, processes and plans. He spent the last nine years in various finance roles at salesforce.com. During his time there, Largen lead the Global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization as the company achieved its first billion-dollar year, scaled the North American shared service center for growth, and lead cross-functional technology and process initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to salesforce.com, Largen spent nine years in various finance roles at Peoplesoft. He began his career at Ernst & Young, working in both the audit and tax practices.
